On the afternoon of March 6, 2019, at the headquarters of Visicons Construction and Investment Joint Stock Company, the "signing ceremony of cooperation agreement" took place between Maeda Corporation Japan and Construction and Investment Joint Stock Company. Visicons.

Also, the Signing ceremony was involved by PetroVietnam Securities Incorporated (PSI), a partner who support the share purchase and sale procedures.
Maeda Corporation and Visicons Company have been reliable partners in conducting many projects and works for many years. Two enterprises have constantly exchanged experiences, strengths and potential resources of each party to create cohesion for mutual development. Two enterprises agreed to improve joint venture cooperation by the “Signing Ceremony of Cooperation Agreement” in which Maeda would buy 10% shares of Visicons Company.
At this signing ceremony, Maeda Corp and Visicons JSC agreed promote 4 core strategies as follows:
- Promote shared business information between two parties..
- During the cooperation process, each party will exchange and support each other with its strengths in such fields as Financial resources; Relationship; Technology; Information; Human resources; Technique; Business environment; Administrative procedures, etc.
- From reliable sources of information, both parties meet to analyze and set goals and plans of the cooperation.
- Assign Visicons’s employees to Maeda’s sites to carry out training, research and vice versa. Two parties will strengthen cooperation in technology and human resource exchange towards improving the quality of the construction works in the coming time.
The good cooperation and mutual trust between two enterprises in recent years, along with this signing ceremony of the cooperation agreement will create a stronger development period for deeper and broader cooperation in future.
