The meeting was chaired by the Presidium, including: Mr. Tran Van Khanh – Chairman of the Board of Directors; Mr. Hoang Hoa Cuong – Member of the Board of Directors, General Director; Mr. Otani Shingo – Member of the Board of Directors; Mr. Nguyen Minh Tuan – Member of the Board of Directors; and Mr. Nguyen Phan Tuan – Member of the Board of Directors.

At the meeting, shareholders heard the report summarizing the company's business performance in 2025 and its business plan for 2026. The General Meeting approved the reports and important contents regarding the company's development strategy.

In 2025, Visicons proactively implemented many construction measures, invested in equipment, applied technology, and streamlined production processes; significantly improved management and operations, established several new departments, and appointed many key personnel to align with the production and business strategy.

With high consensus, the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders was successfully concluded with 100% of the votes in favor of all items on the agenda, providing a basis for the Board of Directors and all employees of VISICONS to organize and implement them.
